Strange Cloud Formation

Jeff M. from Le Sueur, Minnesota discovered this strange view in August 2007 and captured the image using camera phone. As described, that was happened during a very nice sunny day without any presence of airplane or helicopter. It just an weird incidence during sunny day.

I heard that this is called lee wave in meteorology term.
