Japanese dairy company, Nakazawa Foods has launched of super-premium milk which has been claimed to relieve stress!! The milk "Adult Milk" (おとなの牛乳)contains 3 to 4 times of melatonin (stress relieving hormone) compared to usual milk.
What is so special? The milk is taken from cows once a week at the break of dawn, as they discharge a lot of melatonin during the night and is bottled within 6 hours of milking.
