Bhutto's Case: India Restores Bus And Rail Services

In the wake of the assassination of former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, India has suspended railway and bus services between Indian and Pakistan for security reason.

However, India decided to restore a train service to Pakistan two days after suspending the train for avoiding violence by angry Bhutto's supporters in Pakistan to spill across the border into India. Source
