Algiers Car Bombs Deadly Attack Again

Two car bombs outside an Algiers court building and a UN facility which has killed at least 26 people, including several UN staff members, and wounded nearly 200. Militants affiliated with al-Qaida has been claimed responsibility for such attacking as it resembles the U.N. headquarters attack in Baghdad 2003. The Philippines joins the rest of the international community in condemning this barbaric act. Read more
