Mischa Barton Was Officially Charged With Four Misdemeanours

Former OC star, Mischa Barton has officially to be charged by DUI for driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher, driving without a license and possession of marijuana. She was ever arrested on 27 Dec. last year for DUI investigation after her vehicle was seen straddling two lanes and failure of making a turning signal. Her next court date is 28 Feb.

She is 22-year-old only! So young, so sad.
