Finally two hostages are released by Colombia's FARC rebels after being kidnapped for 5 years. Two hostages, Clara Rojas and Consuelo Conzalez are happily enjoying the reunion with loved-ones. As reported, they are the first high-profile captives freed by the guerrillas. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez led the mediation to secure their freedom.
