Cullen family left entirely from Bella thus causing Bella very depressed and desperate and she could find no way to forget Edward and turn to her friend, Jacob Black, the werewolf lover. Bella realized that Edward was protected her all the while including the reason of leaving her and then to ensure Bella can stay with Edward, Bella became a vampire at the end of the sequal "Breaking Dawn" due to her giving birth to immortal child and causing her losing huge amount of blood and breaking up her bones.
