A Naked Man Aimlessly Walking Alone At Sengkang, Singapore

It was just reported that a totally naked man has been spotted walking around aimlessly in Sengkang residential estate in Singapore on the first day of 2010 at around 5pm. A witness called Steve, saw the shirtless and pantless man wandering around and then captured picture of this scenario to send it to STOPM website. Steve commented the disgusting scene that he encountered will also create unpleasant sight for ladies and children who migth bump into the nude man. Steve was wondering what caused the man behaved in such manner which might due to overstressed or lacking of attention.

In Singapore, it is an offence for creating or posing public nudity. Everyone can still recall on 24 Jan 2009, a couple, Swedish exchange student Jan Philip, 21, and A*Star scholar Eng Kai Er, 24, caused a stir by strolling down Holland Village nude. While they escaped a jail term, both were charged and fined $2,000 each.
