Zhao Wei, a popular Chinese actress denies wedding news with a Singaporean businessman because she is a patriotic woman. She has to explained as several months back rumors started to spread and it was later revealed that this was only a publicity stunt created for her new movie "Hua Mulan".

How dare is she saying so? Marrying with a Singaporean man doesn't mean she is not patriotic. After all, definition of being a patriotic woman will not based on who are you going to marry with. Am i right?

Late Arrival Of Lindsay Lohan To Singapore F1 Rock Press Event

Despite of whole-hearted waiting for the "superstar" Lindsay Lohan at Fort Canning Park today (24/09/09) in Singapore, the starlet ended up late at 1.45pm instead of 12.30pm. It was an hour late! What's more? While on her way to the press conference, she found time to post a picture of herself on Twitter with message: 'F1 Rocks Press Event - I heart Singapore! World's First 180 countries!!'

Foreign Labors Flock To Sentosa Island During Hari Raya In Singapore

It is still a big question mark remains in my mind! Over the weekend during outings to Sentosa (Singapore), a humongous group of foreign labors were seen at all corners of Sentosa beach and public areas. Imagine that they are looking at you wearing bikini or while you were sun-tanning on the beach. Imagine while using the washroom, they are cutting queue and splashing water to you after washing their hands. At usual time or even travel peak season, it was never been in a picture for too many of them all around the Sentosa Island. Perhaps, the nearby Casino (Marina Bay Sands) are releasing their labors for one day off. Really, it is an unusual scene in Sentosa.

Food Originate From Singapore Or Malaysia?

Singapore, a beautiful and iconic country in the island. This place fills with too many food and foreigners. People here look out for food every now and then and yet some people curiously to know what kind of food belongs to local Singapore.

You may name it like Hainase chicken rice, Singapore chili crab, Singapore laksa and bah kut teh. These are common local food which you can find in the island. These taste "Singapore"ious.

A recent statement from Malaysia's Board of Tourism, which mentioned that chicken rice, laksa, bah kut teh and others all belong to Malaysia.

This claim has provoked a lot of netizens about the food origins. Are there ways to tell the differences? Singapore laksa equals to curry in Malaysia. Singapore Bah kut teh is white in color (full of pepper ingredient) while in Malaysia it serves in black soup (with herbs).

Being honest, food in Singapore might not be so tasty as compared to Malaysia, yet the authentic icon should remain as what is suppose to be. After all, Singapore food taste in such a way people get used to it.
