Horrible shocking news in Sydney. A surveillance camera captured a young australian boy of 7 years old who broke into an animal centre and fed a crocodile which is 11-foot long with a range of native reptiles. The crime was only discovered the day after the night when the staff noticed more than dozen of animals were either missing or dead. As reported, the 13 animals killed are worth more than $5,000.
The camera footage showed the young culprit who broke into the Alice Springs Reptile Centre at night, killed a number of animals such as lizards, goannas and turtle and fed 440 pound crocodile with the animals. The young boy is too young (under age of 10) thus cannot be held legally responsible due to his act. Therefore, the only action the police had done was cautioned him and spoken to his mother about the incident. However, the zoo officials are planning to sue the parents.
Fortunately, the child was not eaten by the crocodile. However, how could the child at this age able to perform such a crime? Killing dozen of animals?? and feeding them to the carnivorous reptile?? Very weird case.
